Beberapa kali, saya mendapati beberapa orang mengeluhkan betapa enaknya menjadi seorang guru, terutama yang tercatat sebagai PNS. Gaji penuh tetapi banyak libur. Memang, sepintas kalau kita perhatikan pandangan di atas memang tidak salah. Pandangan itu sah-sah saja, tetapi alangkah bijaksananya kalau kita mau melihat lebih dalam permasalahan yang ada.
